Earlier this month Stephen Heller wrote a wonderful piece about Tibor Kalman after being reminded of his fight with cancer after losing icon Steve Jobs just weeks ago. Two undeniably great thinkers that made huge marks on global society.
I was reminded, as well, about my love of Kalman’s work and philosphy in his later years and how he swayed me - my senior thesis project for example. Kalman proved himself at M&Co in NYC and “always had a sense of purpose for everything he did”.
Just created this little ad for IslandWood’s September email blast that highlights their Circle of Friends event in October. I am loving all of the bright colors. It just emphasizes the fun and friendships at the event.
